If the plastic dumped onto our shores was not enough, there are ship loads of carbon generated from importing millions of wipes into Australia each year. So we decided it was time for a change with GREAT AUSSIE WIPES, making plastic free biodegradable wet wipes using Australian water to lead the way in reducing plastic waste, microplastics and carbon.

GREAT AUSSIE WIPES are proudly manufactured in Australia at our standalone automated facility, designed for everyday use by Aussies doing jobs at home or in the workplace. We use Australian purified water in our wipes, source local ingredients and most importantly our wipes are developed and manufactured here in Australia by a dedicated team of employees. As part of The Hygiene Co. Pty Ltd, Great Aussies Wipes are not just made here, but 100% Australian owned and operated.

We were tired of seeing the environmental damage caused by imported wet wipes in Australia. Each year, over 25,000 tonnes of plastic end up in landfills from these imported products, generating significant carbon emissions just to bring them into the country. It's time for a change...
